It is supported by multidisciplinary staff including allied health specialists, diagnostic services and interpreter services. Monash Health currently operates 680+ specialist clinics located across 8 sites servicing Melbourne's large southeast catchment with a diverse and multicultural population.
About the Role The Administration Operations Manager (Specialist Consulting) is an exciting full-time opportunity as the lead manager for the Dandenong and Casey Specialist Consulting clinics and the administration teams. This position is responsible for overseeing the administrative operational management of Specialist Consulting at these specific sites. This position will drive and lead change to improve service delivery and efficiency, positively contributing to the delivery of an exceptional patient experience.
About You You are patient-focused and aware of the needs of those in the community who require ongoing support and care outside of the inpatient setting. You have leadership experience and extensive outpatient/specialist clinic roles, able to work across sites and manage a large clerical team.
