About the Job Work closely with the Operations Coordinator and Deputy Regional Director in Central Australia and be the central point of contact for staff, families, and the community. It is a busy role to support the operations of Children's Ground hub: facilities, events, systems, and processes. Typical functions include:
Coordinate credit card reconciliations Update organisational calendar Set up meetings and take minutes Record keeping Assist with travel arrangements Order office supplies Take enquiries at the front office About You We need a born organiser, someone who will take the initiative to establish a process where there isn't one in place. You need to be confident with the MS Suite (Teams, Outlook) and be able to learn new systems.
