About the Role: Due to continued growth, we are looking for proactive Administration Officers with Finance and/or Project experience to join our team based in Berrimah, NT. 
What we're offering: Full time permanent employmentGenerous hourly rates & penaltiesTraining & career progression opportunitiesJob security & company social club eventsNew purpose-built office with great facilities and onsite parking Key responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policiesQuarterly BAS preparation and lodgement for multiple entitiesManage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliationReconcile company bank accounts on a regular basis, identifying and resolving discrepanciesFinancial reporting and month end processing including preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reportsManage invoicing for service works and project claims, including tracking retentionsMonitor and manage company expenses, ensuring they are recorded accurately and within budget limitsAbility to process weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with Single Touch ReportingHandle superannuation payments and payroll tax lodgementCollate end-of-year taxation documents Provide administrative support to the Project Management teamProject mobilisation - induction processes for staff and fleetProject data entry, as requiredEnsuring compliance with site safety, training and licence requirementsCoordinate and schedule travel bookings and accommodationMaintaining registersProject tracking, reporting and contract overviewsAssist with front office coordination - answering & directing phone calls, greeting visitors, maintaining general housekeepingUpdating our Website and Social Media platforms, as required Essential Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role Proven administration experience within the construction/trade industry Relevant qualifications advantageous – Business, Accounting, Project Admin or WHS/HSE Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams) and Adobe/PDF X-Change Editor Proficiency in MYOB (experience with Xero also beneficial)Experience with SimPRO or similar project management software High attention to detail, excellent record-keeping, and strong organisational skills Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player with the ability to maintain confidentiality and trust A strong understanding of accounting procedures, including taxation requirements
