About us:

Workforce Division provides strategic and operational Human Resource (HR), and safety and wellbeing services to enable Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service to attain its business objectives and hold a reputation as a great place to work.

About the role:

The role is responsible for providing the Workforce Division with confidential and professional administration services to support the provision of efficient and effective services to Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service management and employees.

Provide a range of general administration support to the Division, working closely with the Executive Support Officer to ensure key Workforce Division priorities are achieved.
Proactively maintain Workforce Division fleet and coordinate the quotation, approval, delivery of office equipment and stationery supplies.
Completion of administrative duties including typing, scanning, photocopying and data entry support services.
About you:

Non-mandatory qualification/s: While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.

Demonstrated data entry and administration skills.
Ability to deliver effective and efficient administrative support utilising contemporary office equipment and PC based systems including the use of Microsoft Office application and other information systems.

Salary information:

Total remuneration value of up to $8,138 p.m. is comprised of:

An hourly rate between $38.81 - $43.16 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
