Administration Officer with Accounting Experience

About The Role
The role of the Administration Officer is to provide organised and efficient administrative support as well as outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. You must be highly confidential and have attention to detail. Your daily tasks will be varied, including (but not limited to):
Maintain and process credentialing documentation for Visiting Medical Officers and Health Professionals
Assist with distribution of agendas and minutes for meetings as well as taking minutes
Assist with the maintenance of Corporate and Lingard policies
Maintain Fitness Passport applications
Process staff uniform order
Process staff Photo IDs
Maintain staff locker register
Maintain filing system
Other general administration duties as required
Backfill and assist leave cover of administration staff across the hospital
Essential Criteria
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role with a strong customer service focus
Advanced level of computer experience using the Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Well organised and efficient, possesses excellent time management skills, demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively, multitask and adhere to required timeframes.
Strong, collaborative interpersonal communication skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills; a values based approach to staff engagement, individual performance and accountability.
Ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and successfully multi-task
Competent typing skills and accurate minute taking
Ability to work autonomously
Accounts Payable/ Receivable / Debt Collection Experience.
Customer Service Experience
Double Vaccinated
Valid Police Check – within the last 3 months
All childhood immunisation including HepB and TB
Desirable Criteria
Experience working well in a team environment
Previous experience with healthcare revenue department.
