A job to be proud of: We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our Wagin Sub Centre on a part time fixed term contract for 12 months. Working 5 hours a week you will be required to conduct a variety of administration duties for the sub centre whilst continually providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
What you'll do: Conduct administration duties for the Merredin & Bruce Rock Ambulance Operations and customers of St John by providing administration, financial and operational support to ensure the efficient running of the Sub-CentreProvide bank reconciliations, placing orders and accounts payable tasks, head centre account queries, outstanding debtor follow up. Ensure correspondence is appropriately recorded, stored and distributedAssist with volunteer enquiries, administration and record keepingReceipting of customer paymentsSupport the Regional Manager and other staff with administrative functionsDirect, process and action queries and communication in a timely manner to ensure the region, and customer requirements are met What you'll need: Proven administration and data entry experiencePrevious experience conducting Accounts Payable and reconciliation tasksAbility to work autonomously Attention to detail and problem solving skillsProficiency in MS Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat's in it for you?
