$68,484 to $74,197 per annum Use your written communication skills to make a difference Grow your career using diverse and challenging skills About the role The Town Services Administration Officer delivers high-level administration support to the Town Services and the Clinical Leadership Team.
An inherent requirement of the position is occasional participation in the Gap Clinic weekend and public holiday roster.
What we are looking for?
A person with: Is of Aboriginal descent; identifies as an Aboriginal person; and accepted as an Aboriginal person by the community.
Demonstrated ability to undertake a range of administrative duties including computer Microsoft work, mail/calendar applications and information management systems (ie TRIM or similar).
Well-developed written or oral communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to draft correspondence and reports, take minutes and initiate actions from meetings, deal tactfully with people, maintain strict confidentiality and use sound judgement, tact and discretion in dealing with colleagues and clients.
Well-developed organisational and coordination skills with the ability to set priorities, be flexible, work under pressure, meet deadlines, exercise initiative, work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
