Your part in our UnitingCare team The Administration Officer will undertake all administrative and reception duties required to support work flows associated with Hospitality Services, acting in a professional manner and maintaining the confidentiality, rights, privacy and dignity of patients' colleagues and work-related information.
Key duties will include assisting with monthly reporting and budgeting, providing advice and managing external vendors to assist with invoices and queries, raising purchase order requests and clerical and administrative support within the department, including filing as required.
