Key Responsibilities: Address client inquiries both over the phone and in person, offering relevant advice and assistance, or referring them to the appropriate team member for further support.Respond promptly to incoming calls, ensuring that all queries are met with accurate and helpful information.Make appropriate referrals as needed, connecting clients with the right services.Manage the booking of appointments efficiently to ensure a smooth experience for clients.Greet and assist visitors in the reception area with professionalism, ensuring they are directed to the right person or service.Network and foster strong working relationships with fellow administrative colleagues and external organizations.Take and relay clear and accurate messages, ensuring effective communication within the team.Execute emergency procedures in line with established policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring safety and compliance.Proven experience in delivering comprehensive and efficient administrative and clerical support services.Strong familiarity with computer software programs, particularly Microsoft Office and internet applications.A solid understanding of primary health care and community health principles.Insight into confidentiality protocols and information security practices.Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment.Why Join Us Make a real difference and feel like an important part of the community.
