Bayside Health Administration Services are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Administration Officers for future casual, temporary full time and part time opportunities over the next 12 months. You will develop and maintain a broad range of administrative support services including secretarial, reception, word processing and data entry, and other practices involved in the health service, to support the effective and efficient use of resources and promote professional standards of practice and conduct.

About the Role Provide, develop, and maintain a broad range of administrative support services including secretarial, reception, word processing and data entry, and other practices involved in the health service, to support the effective and efficient use of resources and promote professional standards of practice and conduct. Provide a high level of customer service, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
Provide relief support by undertaking the designated administrative and processing duties, including filing requirements, within the designated work area ensuring compliance with applicable policies and guidelines.Contribute to the maintenance of an effective records management system, including integrity of data input, by adhering to records / information systems, legislation, and procedures applicable to the designated work area.Act as the primary point of contact for the designated work area by managing effectively and efficiently all telephone and reception enquiries and providing accurate information to patients, visitors and staff accessing the work area.The Process This Expression of Interest collects a variety of information that will help identify potentially suitable applicants for future casual and temporary employment opportunities. If deemed suitable your details will remain in the Talent Pool for a period of 12 months and should there be an employment opportunity you will be contacted to discuss the opportunity further. Additional selection processes (interview, reference checks and pre-employment checks) to further assess suitability for appointment to a specific position may be required.
Please note: As part of the talent pool, you may be offered a casual or temporary employment opportunities that become available based on the order of merit.A pool will generally continue for a 12-month period.If you are placed in the talent pool, you may be offered a position within the relevant time period, however your appointment to a position is not guaranteed.By submitting an Expression of Interest, you will not automatically be considered for advertised vacancies.
