About The Position

We are currently looking for a Full time administration officer to support our Sunshine Coast service. As an Administrative officer, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and customer focused reception for internal and external clients, other visitors and service providers; and promoting and contributing to a positive team environment within the Service.

About You

We're looking for a dynamic worker with strong administration skills and a "can-do" attitude. Further experience will include:

Experience in administration Ability to work in a high volume, process-driven and systems enabled environmentAbility to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a teamIntermediate level in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook


The following would be an advantage:

Knowledge of Procura softwareInvoicing and BillingWorking in systems such as Exflow/D365, Payglobal Inbox monitoring and actioningExperience in payroll and invoicing an advantageInvoice coding experienceExperience working in a Community Care, Aged Care, or Health background in an administration capacity


To be successful you will be required to hold a National Police Certificate, and a current driver Licence.

A Certificate III in Business Administration would be beneficial but more important is your attitude and willingness to learn.
