IPA are seeking an experienced administrator to work within our clients busy team in Longreach.
The successful candidate will be employed on a Labour Hire Basic with IPA for the duration of the assignment.
This role offers full time hours, Monday - Friday and a very attractive pay rate which will be discussed at the interview stage.
Duties: Providing professional and efficient administration support Reception and customer service Shared mailbox review and actioning Fleet and plant administration Attending vacant public housing properties to carryout inspection/reporting Other administration duties as required Requirements: Demonstrated administration experience High level of attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Ability to identify and understand customer needs and expectations Training and support will be provided for the duties of the role.
However, some supervision and training will be conducted remotely via phone/teams/email communication.
Therefore this role would suit someone with confidence and the ability to learn with remote support.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a process driven role requiring high levels of attention to detail and accuracy while working in a fast paced environment.
