Our vision is to be a proud Catholic School community through innovative learning for all, faith in action, and celebrating our identity.About the roleAs School Administration Officer at St Patrick's School, you will become an integral part of our staff providing a wide range of administrative support services to the school leadership team.You'll have the opportunity to interact with our school and be part of a warm, welcoming team and wider community as you respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from staff, students, parents and the general public. The provision of timely and accurate information is key to supporting our school operations.Key tasks include:Assist in sorting, collation and distribution of correspondence and mailRespond to telephone and counter enquiries from parents, students and the school communityProvide accurate and up-to-date information in relation to school attendance, enrolment process and other relevant school informationAssist with arranging meetings and gatheringsAssist with maintaining record systemsAssist with providing medical support to studentsProvide support with technology used in the school.Minimum Requirements:To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment;Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;Have a commitment to Safeguarding:The Archdiocese of Brisbane has standards of conduct for workers to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
