You'll provide quality customer service to patients, employees and members of the public, ensuring a respectful and helpful response is provided to all face-to-face and telephone enquiries, supporting a positive opinion of our Health Service.
Completing a range of operational, clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the facility, you'll also provide assistance with complex tasks and projects to support efficiency and quality within the service and team.
Supporting the manager and team with quality improvement activities, you'll make decisions and take initiative in relation to day-to-day operational matters, performing according to established work practices and procedures, working under general instruction and broad supervision.
