About the Role This role is permanent, part-time (0.8FTE) and is responsible for supporting our RANZCP members, by providing a high level of customer service and administrative support for the SA and Victorian Branches.
The position is based at our SA Branch.
Tasks include: Responding to enquiries from RANZCP members, and the general public.
Scheduling meetings, preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, and other documentation.
Monitoring and progressing action items in accordance with college policies, guidelines and performance indicators.

What You'll Bring Experience in an administrative or similar role.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration (desirable but not essential).
Proven ability to quickly learn new skills and computer systems.
Event management experience (preferred).
Strong ability to work independently, including remote support.
Background in membership or nonprofit organizations is a plus, along with a passion for advancing mental health care.
A positive, can-do attitude.

Some of What's on Offer: Full-time equivalent salary range from $62,200 to $74,600 inclusive of superannuation and leave loading.
A monthly free paid day off for full-time staff, with pro rata benefits for part-time staff.
Gender neutral 12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary care givers.
