Working arrangements: Roles will be based in our Adelaide office - Opportunities to work remotely exist once knowledge/capability is demonstrated.

Length of contract: Until 30 June 2025

Contract extensions: 1 x 12 months

Security clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline

Rates: $50 - $55 per hour (inc. super)

Their mission is to drive continuous improvement in aged care services across the country.

We are seeking a talented Administration Officer to join our client and contribute to the development of informative and engaging content for SharePoint. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating, editing, and managing written content that helps communicate our mission, policies, and guidelines effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Research, write, and edit high-quality, accurate, and compelling content for the client's SharePoint platform. Content Management: Organise, categorise, and maintain content on SharePoint to ensure it is easily accessible and up-to-date. Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading to ensure content adheres to the client's standards, style guidelines, and best practices. User Experience: Optimise content for readability, user-friendliness, and accessibility, keeping the diverse needs of our audience in mind. Compliance: Ensure that all content aligns with relevant regulations and policies in the client's specific sector. Continuous Improvement: Monitor content performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the SharePoint content. Training and Documentation: Create user guides and documentation to assist staff in utilising SharePoint effectively for content management. Essential Criteria 1-2 years of previous experience in creating SharePoint modern webpages and a sound technical understanding of the SharePoint web application. Demonstrated experience following documented processes to provide efficient outcomes and identify opportunities to improve and add value. Demonstrated experience contributing to the effectiveness and overall success of the team by effectively managing personal workloads, handling competing priorities, and working autonomously. Desirable Criteria SharePoint Site collection or tenant administration experience. DevOps Software development application experience. Experience with Microsoft Visio application and Adobe Acrobat software packages.
