We are looking for an administration professional to support the provision of services to Older Adults delivered throughout EACH's NSW footprint.
In this varied role your responsibilities will include: Using Carelink+ and working with our case managers across our Port Macquarie, Newcastle and Campbelltown areas, you will be empowered to make sure that service delivery is rostered optimally for our clients.
Rostering internal and external Support Workers to in-home care services for clients.
Bringing your highly developed people and relationship skills, decision making abilities and exceptional organisational methods to effectively support and liaise with support workers, brokered agencies and older people to meet their needs.
Using your previous reception experience you will have the ability to respond to a high volume of calls.
About You If you're experienced in rostering and contract administration, enjoy variety in your day, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team, then you might be the teammate we're looking for!
The successful candidate will have: Previous rostering experience across a 7-day roster.
Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to other IT systems (experience with Care Link will be highly regarded).
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including sound negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills.
An ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment will be critical in ensuring our clients are receiving a quality experience via our in-home service offerings for older adults across our Home Care and Short Term Restorative Care programs.
Qualifications Certificate IV Business equivalent or demonstrated learned experience.

In providing support to the Older Adults services you will be working within a multidisciplinary environment and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders including our clients.
