About the Role: We are in need of an Administration Officer to strengthen our dynamic team at the Rockhampton office. This role involves managing reception duties, administrative tasks, and scheduling support for the NDIS Local Area Coordination (LAC) Partner in the Community program team. You will be the initial contact for participants, their families, and carers, providing essential information and support. We are looking for someone to join our team who has: exceptional attention to detail, a proactive and engaging demeanor, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities, and experience in community engagement with a flexible approach to deliver outstanding support to our teams. Responsibilities Include: - Interacting with individuals with disabilities, their families, and carers to offer general information. - Keeping detailed administrative records through our database systems. - Using the NDIA IT System to document appointments, notes, and actions, ensuring accurate data management with Microsoft Excel. - Organizing contacts and interviews for participants. - Addressing participant inquiries and connecting them to the right internal stakeholders when necessary.
