The ideal candidate should be flexible to work at multiple Juniper Residential sites across Western Australia. While you will have a designated 'base site,' the Rostering team may allocate you to alternative sites as needed. As such, this role requires a full Australian Driving Licence and a car.In this role, you will be responsible for reception, filing, data entry, record keeping, and many other general administrative duties. You will also be part of a team building a homely and respectful environment. You will engage with staff, residents, their families, and visitors, welcoming them to the site and providing assistance as needed. You need to be a friendly, patient, and flexible individual who can manage interruptions with grace and maintain a professional, flexible, and accommodating approach.The successful candidate must have full-time availability through the week. The chosen candidate will be offered a casual contract, with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, within the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM.Key Responsibilities:First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the siteManaging daily roster allocations in collaboration with the Central Rostering teamProcessing accounts receivable and payable, and placement of ARM purchase ordersActing as a point of contact for resident inquiries and referring these to the Manager/Supervisor as appropriateGeneral administration, such as filing, data entry, word processing, minute taking, and photocopyingInput and maintenance of records to ensure that they meet both internal and external reporting requirementsKey Requirements:Completion of a Certificate III in Business AdministrationFull Australian Driving Licence and carExperience working in AdministrationExperience working in the Aged Care sector, or similarHighly organised with the ability to multi-taskEffective time management skills and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlinesAbility to work well in a team environmentProfessional and confident communication skillsReliable and punctualWhat's on offer:$32.90 per hour + 25% casual loading + 11.5% superannuationAccess to salary sacrifice options up to $18,550 per annumHealth insurance discounts with HBF or MedibankJuniperks: an online platform for peer recognition, wellness, and retail discountsHow to Apply:Don't miss this opportunity to join a supportive team in a rewarding role!
