The Role: We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Relief Administration Team. The ideal candidate should be flexible to work at multiple Juniper Residential sites across Western Australia. While you will have a designated 'base site,' the Rostering team may allocate you to alternative sites as needed. As such, this role requires a full Australian Driving Licence and a car.
In this role, you will be responsible for reception, filing, data entry, record keeping, and many other general administrative duties. You will also be part of a team building a homely and respectful environment. You will engage with staff, residents, their families, and visitors, welcoming them to the site and providing assistance as needed. You need to be a friendly, patient, and flexible individual who can manage interruptions with grace and maintain a professional, flexible, and accommodating approach.
The successful candidate must have full-time availability through the week. The chosen candidate will be offered a casual contract, with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, within the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM.
