This is a permanent full-time position with the following work hours:Monday, Tuesday, & Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:06 PMWednesday & Thursday: 12:00 PM - 8:06 PMIn this position, you will collaborate with the administration team and report directly to the Administration Manager.
Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the service delivery areas.
Additionally, you will handle reception duties, including welcoming and assisting visitors and clients.Responsibilities:Assist in creating and maintaining client records, appointment bookings, communications, and other data.Perform reception duties, welcoming clients and visitors professionally.Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.Respond to inquiries from clients, colleagues, other services, and the community while maintaining confidentiality.Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and other Mental Health, Counselling, and Wellbeing services.Handle invoicing and purchase site resources.About youYou are an admin superstar with a diverse range of administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
