They currently have 3 offices in Cleveland, Coorparoo and Hamilton which are run by their fantastic team of 14 Directors.
The Hamilton office is looking for a bubbly and personable Administration Officer to support the director and a team of 7 accountants (Business Services), while being part of the broader administration team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with a sociable group of people, building relationships and having fun in their workplace!
About the Role: As an administration officer, your responsibilities will include: Being the first point of contact at the front desk, meeting and greeting clients Supporting 7 accountants and the Director in the Business Services team Onboarding and offboarding new clients in the system  Dealing with ATO work, and ensuring lodgement deadlines are met Sending out BAS and PAYG documentation Supporting and working closely with the Senior Administrator  About You: The ideal candidate will: Have worked as a Receptionist/Administrator for a minimum of 1 year  (experience in an accounting firm is a bonus!)
Have experience liaising with the ATO and ASIC work  Have experience using Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office  Be a quick thinker, friendly and personable, and motivated by career growth!
