About the role Under the general direction of the Human Resources Director, the Administration officer/Receptionist will successfully run day-to-day administration tasks required for the DOMA Head Office. The role will support the successful running of the DOMA office and requires professionalism and the demonstrated ability to improve and streamline organisation administration functions with a focus on minimising delays and increasing output.
Key duties and responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day operations of the office whilst providing support to the officeOrganising meetings and managing inboxesBooking transport and accommodation for managementOrdering stationery and IT equipmentProcessing invoices and managing office budgetsImplementing and maintaining company procedures for office administrative functionsEnsuring compliance with workplace health and safety within the officeEnsuring all internal and external correspondence, complaints and queries are responded to in a timely professional mannerLiaising with contractors and heads of department to ensure tasked jobs are completedData Entry and spreadsheet tracking About you As part of the team you will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail. The role involves strong communication with excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. The Administration officer/Receptionist will be highly effective at anticipating business needs and managing daily tasks to ensure the executive team have the capacity to focus on achieving deliverables and making critical decisions.
