Professional Development OpportunityGreat locationWebPas Hospital system, Zedmed software experience is desiredPositions now availableAs an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include: Perform a broad range of administration duties including:Answer and redirect callsOrganise appointments and prepare admission paperworkConduct follow-up requests and make reminder calls for visitsMaintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical recordsPerform Health Fund Checks as requiredManage the collection of excesses/co-paymentsCoordinate with staff from other departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entryLocated on Malvern Road in Prahran, The Victoria Clinic is a 115 patient-bed private psychiatric facility that specializes in the provision of high-quality inpatient and outpatient mental health services.
