You will be responsible for maintaining and updating databases, processing purchase orders, and liaising with suppliers to ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services. A key aspect of your role will be managing Warrigal's fleet, including scheduling vehicle maintenance, handling registration renewals, and overseeing both commercial and private company vehicles. You will also coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of pool cars and buses.Additionally, you will support supplier compliance, process invoices, and ensure all related documentation is accurately maintained.
