Expressions of interest are invited from candidates who are keen to join the administration team at our long established, privately owned sawmill company, located at Smithton in Tasmania.
The role involves a broad range of customer service, general clerical, data entry, executive support and secretarial duties associated with the day to day administration of our business.
This position will be full time 38 hours per week.
Key Qualities:
To be successful in this role we are seeking the following key qualities. Solid computer skills including a good working knowledge of the MS Office suite of programmes or equivalent software.
Well-developed literacy and numeracy skills and excellent communication skills
Good organisational skills and the ability to produce work that is well presented with a high standard of accuracy.
The ability to show initiative, work with minimal supervision and complete work in a timely manner and under pressure.
The ability to function well as a team member.
Be keen for advancement and be willing to take on more senior levels of work.
