About your opportunity: Permanent full-time / Location: Townsville
The Administration Officer (Perioperative) will:
Provide high level administrative support to unit managers and multidisciplinary staff in a clinical setting. Promote and apply effective and courteous communications ensuring concise and timely information relay to support optimal clinical service provision. Manage and maintain confidential record systems. The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following: Advantageous to have knowledge and experience in Minute Taking. General Reception Experience. Sound database knowledge. Knowledge of Code of Conduct, Ethical decisions and organisational objectives. Experience in Administration duties. Demonstrate being a Team Player or/and work autonomously. What's on offer: Generous remuneration package value up to $97,656 p.a. comprising: Salary range of $2950.00 to $3280.70 p.f. (AO3) Annual leave with 17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation. Role Requirements: It would be advantageous to have Ward Administration experience. Fortnightly rosters are published 5 days in advance. This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis. Probation period may apply. Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
