Administration Officer - People and CultureBairnsdale Regional Health Service is East Gippsland's largest employer and healthcare provider.

This is an excellent chance to broaden your administration experience and expand your knowledge in the field of Human Resources with East Gippsland's largest employer.Contract: Ongoing, Part Time, 48 hours per fortnightThe Position:In this role you will provide administration support to the People and Culture department to ensure administrative workflows in the department occur in an efficient and timely manner.
Areas of responsibility include administering employee onboarding and exiting, coordination of interviews and contracts, and maintaining department records and databases.With a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) being implemented in the future, it is an exciting time to join our team and learn an online employee management system.
This role is worked as part of a job share arrangement in the department's reception area, where you will often be the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
The position is suited to someone who enjoys people interaction, process-driven work, and can multi-task whilst maintaining an excellent attention to detail.
Contracted hours may be negotiable, please advise of your preferred hours.
Contracted hours between 32 and 64 hours per fortnight may be negotiable in the future.
