About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our welcoming team. This role combines payroll processing, accounts data entry, and general administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.
Experience in Civil Infrastructure or a related field is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage for candidates, considering the specialised nature of our work.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities may be tailored based on the successful applicant's experience and could include:
Processing weekly payroll and addressing payroll-related inquiries Conducting accounts data entry and ensuring accurate record-keeping Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance review coordination Organising and documenting monthly management meetings (agendas and minutes) Performing general administrative tasks and additional duties as required What We're Looking For: Proven experience in Payroll and General Administration Familiarity with Modern Awards and the ability to interpret EBAs (preferred) Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Experience with Xero Accounts Familiarity with Traffio, Actiond, or Staffd software is a plus, as well as experience with other Work CMS software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to adapt to new systems and processes as necessary Why Join Us?
