Northern Beaches Hospital is looking for a Part Time Administrative Officer with a professional approach to support the NBH Executive team. This role is required to work Monday to Friday with shortened hours (approx.
9-3pm) daily. Your Role Provide high quality executive administration and support to the Executive TeamProvide exceptional customer service by assisting with queries, answering calls and greeting visitorsSupporting the day to day running of the Executive Officeie) order stationary, answer calls, take minutes, arrange meetings and agendas, prepare reportsYour Capabilities Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to workDemonstrated commitment and provision of exceptional customer serviceDemonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteIf you have the ability to build relationships quickly and feel you can support an extremely busy executive team, then we would love to hear from you.

Hourly salary is in line with our Enterprise Agreement Classification NSW Exec Administration 1 of $40.85 plus superannuation.

Applicants will be required to provide a current (12 months or less) National Police check and a NSW Working with Children's Check, prior to appointment and persons in patient contact roles will be required to provide proof of immunity to specified infectious diseases prior to commencement.
