We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Paediatric Outpatient Department / Wards team as an Administration Officer - Paediatric Outpatient Services , where you will be responsible for:
Provision of a comprehensive confidential administrative service to the Surgical Departments. Coordinating patient admissions, facilitating equipment and stationary ordering, and booking patient follow up appointments, updating patient demographics and arriving patient into clinic. Contributing to the service of excellence provided by WCHN facility users including staff, patients, and students. About You
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
Demonstrated competency in word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and scheduler. Effective interpersonal and customer service skills. Demonstrated initiative and good organisational skills, ability to set priorities, work under pressure, and undertake some problem solving with limited assistance. Proven ability to handle conflict situations in a calm and impartial manner. Experience in an administration type role. What WCHN Can Offer You
