The Corporate Services Department is responsible for major corporate functions including financial, WHS, human resources services, and overseeing key governance functions such as risk, audit, privacy and ethical standards.Joining a values-driven, supportive and inclusive team, you will:Provide administrative support requiring judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity in the performance of work.Provide front office functions including but not limited to being the initial point of contact for clients and stakeholders, extracting information to record required data into software applications, diary management, monitoring, and rescheduling bookings (room/vehicles/equipment) for service team clients, by following best practice process.Desired Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will have:Proven customer service and administration experience.Ability to work as part of a team and a positive attitude toward challenges.Good computer skills in MS Office, and the ability to learn software applications.Demonstrates flexibility and teamwork to assist with actions for rectifying problems and obstacles within your department.A current Driver License.Currently hold, and/or eligibility to obtain and maintain, both a Disability Worker Screening and a Working with Children Blue Card.This position will close at midnight on Sunday 5th January 2025 and shortlisting will commence immediately.PLEASE BE ADVISED ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED.Centacare North Queensland is a Child Safe and Equal Opportunities Employer.
