This role will provide a high level of customer service, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:Ensure prospective patients are booked for appointments and have been placed on a respective waiting list within the timeframes indicated, by using the Oral Health Information System (ISOH).
