The successful candidate will provide Reception/Clerical support to the Woodlands and Lithgow Opiate Treatment Program Staff and Clients.In this role you will work as a dedicated team member who is able to multitask and ensure the reception area is maintained in a customer-friendly manner. At all times within this role you will be helpful, cooperative and courteous. You will answer the telephone, screen calls, transfer and respond effectively to enquiries, and take messages as necessary while maintaining patient confidentiality.This position will require you to cope in a dynamic clinical environment, ensuring an excellent level of customer service is upheld when liaising with patients, the public, and staff.If this is the kind of working environment for you and the opportunity excites you, please apply now!What you will bring to the role:Proven extensive experience in administrative and clerical support roles. Experience working in a busy front desk reception area.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a demonstrated track record dealing with several projects concurrently.Competent with word processing and proven ability to perform data entry duties.
