The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to maintain the administration requirements and stores duties in a timely and efficient manner for the Kununurra and Wyndham Depot and Landfill sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
Liaising and assisting the Manager Operations with works management and depot staff on a daily basis;Controlling and updating stock records and maintaining acceptable levels of consumable items;Carrying out tasks relating to the management of Shire Cemeteries including, but not limited to, processing of applications and scheduling of cemetery maintenance;To ensure compliance, coordinating all required training and development for Operations staff with the Human Resource Department;Coordinating plant and equipment servicing and maintaining and updating plant service records in accordance with warranty requirements and instructions from the Manager Operations;Assisting with the accurate and timely submission of timesheets with correct job number allocations.A Certificate IV in Business Administration, acceptable National Police Clearance and current unrestricted WA Driver Licence are essential for this role.
You will also need high-level written and verbal communication skills, proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office products and the ability to work under limited direction.
