Administration Officer - Nursing Support Provide high level efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative support to the Intensive Care Services team.
This role reports directly to Seinor Administraiton Officer, Intensive Care Services. This role has a day-to-day reporting line to the Nurse Manager and Assistant Director of Nursing, Intensive Care Services for their daily work. This role has a professional reporting line to the Manager, Administration Services, Critical Care and Clinical Support Services. This role will work directly within the interprofessional team of Intensive Care Services. About you Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health's core values, as outlined above. Develop, organise, implement and manage office systems and structures concerning administrative duties. Provide general administrative support to medical, nursing and administration staff within Intensive Care Services as required. Understand, respect, contribute to and accurately follow quality systems, whilst remaining able to proactively identify and analyse problems relevant to administrative responsibilities and provide practical cost-effective solutions flexible and open to change. Assist in the recruitment of Nursing and Medical staff by collating information and providing pre-interview documentation, organising venues and negotiating interview times with shortlisted applicants. Assist with maintaining mandatory training register for staff in the CC&CSS Directorate. Proactively plan, organise and manage own time to produce results within set timeframes, while remaining flexible and open to change as service demand dictates. Demonstrate an understanding of their own workload and the team's work and actions impacting internal stakeholders and share relevant information.
