Administration Officer - Nt Power

We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team based in Stuart Park. Reporting to the Contract Delivery Manager, the Administration Officer will be responsible for providing effective high-level administration support to the contract functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the NT Power contract. This is a full-time permanent position and will require you to work Monday to Friday based out of our Stuart Park office.
About You

Intermediate – advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High level interpersonal skills enabling work with a wide variety of people and groups including internal and external stakeholders
Great attention to detail
Highly reliable
Scheduling experience – highly desirable
