Job Description
Ravensworth Operations comprises of Ravensworth Open Cut and the Coal Handling Preparation Plant that provides high quality coal for the export market. The operation has approval to mine over 14Mtpa, with a long life of mine. The Role
An opportunity exists at our operation for an
Administration Officer
to join our team. The core responsibility of this role is to provide administration support to the Health, Safety and Training Department, to enable the team to function at optimum efficiency and effectiveness in a busy work environment.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:
Providing a high level of customer service to the HST Department;
Maintaining training assessment documents;
System workflow reporting and maintenance of site registers;
Maintaining Workday and GWOS databases;
General administration duties and providing support to other Administration roles across the business.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous administration experience in a similar role – ideally in a mining environment;
Ability to prioritise workloads while using initiative;
Be a team player and be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision;
Possess administration and organisation skills, including attention to detail and the ability to work within mandated timeframes;
Skilful in the use of information technology systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, email applications and record management software including Workday and GWOS;
Excellent communication skills (verbally and written).
