Performing professional, efficient, and courteous customer focused front reception and telephone duties.Recording personal, sensitive, and confidential information of clients referred to the service, ensuring appropriate confirmation of appointment letters are sent.Performing efficient and accurate word processing and Dictaphone duties for all team members and medical professionals in relation to reports, letters, and documents.Managing relevant client information databases and records, providing necessary documentation to therapists and medical professionals as required.About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
