Our Women and Children's Ward is looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of clerical support to the ward and patients. As an Administration Officer you will provide superior customer focused service, attend to walk in patients, and triage/direct calls and face to face enquiries to the appropriate person or area. Your role will see you provide timely and accurate administrative support, booking appointments, collection of patient data, maintaining confidentiality of same, and entering accurately into successful incumbent will be working with Medical officers and midwives regarding setting up and organising additional clinics and parenting classes.
