About the role: Based @ Manly Hillside Care CommunityFull time, Monday - FridayEnsure the sales and admissions processConduct toursBuild meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholdersSupport the implementation of approved marketing eventsAssisting with processing of fortnightly staff payrollAccounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicingAssisting with client services and general enquiriesAssistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contractsReception and other administration duties where requiredManaging team rosters and timesheetsAt Opal HealthCare we are dedicated to our purpose to bring joy to those we care for.
