About us: Community and Aged Care Services – Greater Newcastle Sector (CACS-GNS) provides an extensive range of home and centre-based community health services including both generalist and specialised clinical services (primarily for adults). This role is located at the CACS-GNS Executive Office, Wallsend Health Campus. About you: The role would be suitable for someone who is experienced in providing efficient and effective administrative support to managers at a senior level. The successful candidate would have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise appropriately with a diverse range of people, work with minimal supervision to complete tasks, and be a committed and active member of the administration staff team. High-level skills in programs including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Stafflink, and HealthRoster will be required to support the executive managers in their daily commitments.
About the role: The role is supported by the Executive Team. Working within the Excellence Framework and CACS-GNS Orientation Guidelines, the successful candidate would be provided with education and training needs, as required, to enable them to undertake the role successfully.
