The opportunity St Thomas Aquinas Primary is seeking an Administration Officer to support the business and clerical requirements of the school. The role would suit someone available to work on a permanent, full-time basis.
Duties: Administration, secretarial and clerical duties (including typing, word processing, data entry, maintaining computerized records, database information, Google applications, enrolments).Reception duties and responding to enquiries from students, parents, employees and the general public.Qualifications: The successful applicant will have excellent oral and written communication skills and sound organisational and time management skills. They will also have the ability to liaise effectively and professionally with a range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have the ability to use a range of programs (or the capacity to learn) including:
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PublisherGoogle suiteCOMPASS/TECH ONE capabilities (desirable but not essential)The successful applicant will be expected to be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.
