Administration Officer - Leisure Permanent Part Time – 16 hours p/w Location: Churchill Leisure $35.04 to $37.43 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation Department: Active & Liveable Communities Do you want to make an IMPACT?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Leisure Team as an Administration Assistant.
The Role In this role, you will support the day to day operations of the centre through general administrative duties, rostering, handling customer enquiries through a range of channels maintaining relevant data and information relating to members of the public and employees of the centre and cash handling.
You will have a commitment to providing excellent customer service and will effectively communicate with to our customers.
You will have a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, with experience in cash handling, computer system experience and have a high attention to detail.
You will also assist in Coordination and management of the shared mailbox, rostering and bookings.
Complete fortnightly debt management as per current Leisure process and action third party management (including Council process and Perfect Gym Management – PGM) in line with Leisure Third Party Process You will need: · Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients both verbally and in writing.
Ability to exercise sound judgement based on experience and professional knowledge when making decisions.
Sound knowledge in technology and computer software programs.
Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to set priorities, plan and organise one's own workload.
Provide all relevant experience and essential qualifications for the position.
