Concordia Lutheran College is a K-12 co-educational day and boarding school located across three campuses in Toowoomba. The College is a school of the Lutheran Church of Australia Queensland District and a member of the Lutheran Education Queensland school system. The College is seeking an Administration Officer to support the Kindergarten and Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) across both Warwick Street and Hume Street Campuses.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Possession of certificate level qualifications in administration and/or finance would be highly desirable.Demonstrated experience in an administration role, with experience within a school context highly desirable.Experience with Childcare management systems, particularly Xplor and 1Place are highly desirable.A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Possession of a current Working with Children Blue Card or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.Commitment to the Christian Lutheran ethos of the College.You will be supported in this role by an experienced office team who model the values of learning, compassion, courage, service, excellence, and respect.
