Reporting to the Medical Practice Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, supporting management, staff, and health unit committees.
As a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will enhance the client experience by facilitating the delivery of high-quality medical, allied, and primary health care services. You will be responsible for providing efficient financial, administrative, clerical, and personnel services, ensuring our practice runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Address client inquiries in person and by phone, providing assistance and referrals.Call Management: Respond to calls with accurate information.Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.Reception Duties: Greet and direct visitors professionally.Relationship Building: Foster connections with colleagues and external organizations.Message Handling: Take and relay accurate messages.Emergency Procedures: Execute emergency protocols as per guidelines.What We're Looking For:Microsoft Office Proficiency: Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.File Management: Skills in file organization and use of administrative/database systems.Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals.Health Care Knowledge: Understanding of primary and community health care principles.Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with Government Administrative Instructions and relevant legislation.Current Microsoft Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft programs.Clerical Skills: Understanding of office and clerical procedures.Applicant Information This is a part time vacancy, working 30 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
