An exciting new opportunity has come available for an experienced Administrator to join our team at Rocky Ridge Aged Care Facility.
This is a permanent, full-time position working from Monday to Friday.
This role will see you providing administrative support including welcoming guests and visitors, rostering and diary management, stock, stationery orders, invoicing, and petty cash management to name a few.
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be a self-starter who has previous experience working in an office or administration capacity.
You will have strong computer skills, able to multi-task and enjoy working within a healthcare environment.
This role is based out of Rocky Ridge Nursing Home, therefore, you will have a calm and supportive manner as you work amongst our elderly residents.

Skills & experience To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications: Demonstrated experience using effective verbal and written communication skills.
Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.
Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.
Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications.
Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn.
Confidence and proactive in completing tasks promptly and efficiently.
