Key Responsibilities: Accounts payable and receivable processing
Inventory management and entry of supplier invoices
Invoice preparation for customers and emailing of invoices to account customers.
Assistance in debt management emailing all account customer statements end of month and following up on payment
Assistance with month-end reporting coordinating with head office.
Filing and record management
Assist General Manager operations on internal sale enquiries
Prepare sales quotations assisting with general day to day office duties, including incoming calls.
Coordinate weekly and monthly time sheets and forward to head office on a timely basis for wage payments.
