About the Role: ECTARC is seeking a proactive, professional and highly organised Administration Officer who is committed to assisting our teams in enriching the futures of the students, children and families we work with.
This role will provide key administrative support to ECTARC Training Services Management and our teams across both ECTARC Training Services and Head Office.
The person will also have a large role in the support we provide to our students.
We have a professional, experienced leadership team at our head office who support and resource both ECTARC Training Services and our ECTARC services to strengthen quality learning and education programs.

Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 5 years current experience in an administration role/s.Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively whilst in an office environment.Demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships with all stakeholders.Exceptional organisational skills, time management and strong attention to detail.Comprehensive computer skills with demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office.Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new systems.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.A solution focused approach to problem solving with a high level of ethical, confidential, and professional behaviour with all stakeholders.Demonstrated experience within a Registered Training Organisation or the Vocational Education and Training sector.Experience using student management systems or design software.BSB30120 Certificate III in Business or BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business (or equivalent).Next Steps: Hourly Rate: $32.93 per hour
