There are many diverse duties in this role, and applicants will need to possess the ability to prioritise, organise, and handle pressure situations.As an Administration Officer at Chemron, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and provide administrative and bookkeeping support to executives, managers, and teams, helping to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. This is a Part-Time position to begin with up to 20 hours per week and may develop into a full-time position.RESPONSIBILITIESOffice Management: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a conducive working environment.Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.Communication and Correspondence: Manage emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, procedures, and reports as required.Client and Vendor Relations: Assist in managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external parties.Special Projects: Take on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.CAPABILITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEProven experience as an administrative officer or in a related role.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Hubspot CRM experience desired but not essential.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proven ability to provide financial administration such as invoicing, payables, payment of wages, and cash flow reporting.Experience in Xero.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
